• you have questions about using your hearing aid;
• your hearing aid needs to be reprogrammed.

How should you prepare for the consultation?

• Bring the hearing aid you use;
• if you have had new hearing tests, bring the results;
• consider the situations in which your hearing aid currently performs inadequately or feels uncomfortable;
